Product Description

Introducing a complete home theater audio solution for people who crave true cinema excitement without breaking the bank - the RM6750. The integrated Power Port Bass Vent designed right onto the back of the compact Satellite and Center Channel speakers - the same technology used in full-sized Polk Audio speakers - improves lower midrange response and all-important sub/sat blending, taking the RM6750 beyond the performance realm of any other sub/sat system in this price range. This integrated design reveals midrange with no "hole" in the frequencies between the sats and the sub, for male vocals that are rich and full-not thin and weak like other sub/sat systems. The RM6750 comes with its own subwoofer module, an 8 inch long throw driver and high current power amplifier for real ground-shaking bass thrills.

 "Big sound, small price" 2009-12-21
By Daniel C. Della Lana (San Francsico)
If you want a no brainer, big sound low cost solution for your home theater, this is it. I struggled with the thought of buying a more expensive system with bigger speakers, but at the end of the day, I am not a huge audiophile and neither are most buyers. What you likely want is a good, inexpensive system that fills your room. This worked out great for me in a fairly large room - 26X16. I considered adding two more speakers to make it a 7/1 but there really is no need for me.

The sound quality from these speakers is truly amazing. I had a set of Sony speakers for years and all of a sudden I am hearing things I never heard before.

Bought these along with an extra two speakers for my 7.1 surround system. Kudos to Polk for actually making the extra match satellites (look up 6751 and you'll find them) for the rear surrounds. This isn't possible with a lot of the other systems.

Paired this up with a Yamaha RX-V765 and after 16 gauge wire, HDMI cables etc. have an incredible sound system for roughly $1,100.

Read the other reviews -- you will not be disappointed with this system.

 "Great Home Theatre Sound!" 2009-10-16
By Angela Hausinger (Houston,Texas)
We decided to get a new TV and place over our Fireplace which also meant up-grading everything else to go along with it-

So off to the local big box store we go... i was offered a Klipsh Surround system (went there for advertised Polk Audio which was sold out)-the Klipsh set was "open Box" -but was convinced that it would be a good choice because the Speakers came with the mounts !

Got the set for the same advertised price as the Polk Audio...

Anyway; installation day arrives and my Electrician and i tried and tried to figure just how we could safely hang those Speakers on the Ceiling..needless to say -this set was not going to work for us.

I went on Amazon to look for a different set -and came upon this Polk Audio set -priced about $30 less than "Big Box" - and purchased.Plus this set came with the Sub !!!!

It is such a great set! The sound is perfect. My family room is about 27ft long and 18ft. wide -so a lot of space to balance sound. But it was not an issue at all -the sound is well rounded throughout the entire space and the Stereo is just as good as it was with our Floor Speakers.

I was and still am amazed i got this for the price i paid -it truly feels like high end!

Dont hesitate to buy -you will not be dissapointed!

 "Very good system" 2009-10-12

I bought each piece of this system separately as I wanted to add my own newly purchased Sony SA-W2500 10" powered sub instead of using the 8" sub that came with the set. I realized I would be paying slightly more this way but it was well worth it.

My set-up is: Mitsubishi 60" hd dlp/JVC RX5060B 5.1 a/v receiver/Magnavox blu-ray player and Direct HDTV. I never thought I could be this happy with my a/v experience but this audio system, bolstered by the enhanced sub, is absolutely awesome! I replaced my previous cheap ($150) RCA surround sound system with this one only months after purchasing it. The thing blew out while watching "The day the Earth stood still". My new enhanced RM6750(+) is a complete game changer to my viewing experience. For the price, it's hard to beat this system. I highly recommend it.

"Very good surround speakers, but subwoofer needs to be stronger" 2009-10-09
By T. Leimer (Tally, fl)
The satellites are very good for the price and sound quality. These

can be easily mounted on the wall with you standard wall mount.

I have added 2 rm 6751 to finish out my 7.1 system. Due note the

subwoofer might not be poweful enough depending on the size and

layout of your room. I went ahead and upgraded to Polk DSW Pro 400

subwoofer. Now that's a sub. Overall you will enjoy this system.
